The average inspection is around 3 hours, but can vary by an hour depending on size, age, and condition of the property. 

Question #2:  Should I be there?

Yes! Buyers/Clients are strongly encouraged to be present during the inspection. By being present, you will have a better understanding of your new home and the report. 

Question #3:  When can I ask questions?

You are encouraged to ask questions at anytime. The goal is to provide you with enough information about how a home functions and what the current conditions of the home are.
